During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities:
Support Lyxor ETF’s marketing team with a focus on Digital activities
This is a very versatile role providing exposure to the breadth of ETF marketing across various Digital channels.
Support Digital team on structural developments in Lyxor’s automation strategy (scoring methodology, lead generation, creation of dashboard designed to support Sales activities)
Provide analysis of data reports across all markets in order to help improve email campaign performance
Manage Marketo’s database : be a gatekeeper in terms of data addition/deletion keeping in mind data privacy and compliance rules at all times
Generate new ideas to increase the number of cookied users by working closely with Digital and Content teams
Email campaign strategy
Work with Digital marketing and Content teams to plan email campaigns, conceive web user journeys and trigger campaigns using Marketo automation system
Assist channel marketing team with sending of weekly newsletters and tactical push emails
Lxyor ETF country websites
Assist with the overseeing of websites : help with updates of multi-lingual country websites.
Contributing to maintaining websites up to date (weekly market views, news, events, weekly blogs etc) via a dedicated Content management System.
Work with our Digital supplier to continuously improve our CMS systems
Coordinate translations with Channel Marketers team across Europe (UK, France, Nordics, Germany, Italy, Spain) and manage timelines
Close collaboration with our Tunisia-based Digital supplier, Paris web team, London based Digital Marketing and Channel Marketing team will be crucial.
Support our Digital team to develop new website tools (widgets, new digital functions on the website etc)
Support our Digital Marketing team with the development and implementation of SEO and PPC.
Contribute to driving higher volume and better quality traffic to Lyxor ETF’s websites.
Coordinate country priorities and local content with channel marketing
