Misiune

Main responsibilities:

- Prepares the management reporting and analyses, in close cooperation with business

- ensures the production of dashboards and the follow-up of the monthly results (commercial, activity indicators and financial results) at the level of business lines and on different organizational levels of the Network

- analyses and reconciles the profitability by business lines in collaboration with the structures involved,  contributes to the preparation of business cases and profitability analyzes regarding the Retail activity

-  analyzes the profitability of the Retail activity on customer segments, on banking products and services;

-  analyzes and validates the business cases in case of launching new Retail products or modifying the existing conditions;

-  prepares analysis of the Net Banking Income (especially  margin, interest rate, FTP rate)

- Proactive partner of the business units to increase the shareholders’ value by developing financial methodologies and tools for use in the loans and deposits pricing, budgeting and planning;


Experience:

- University degree completed – Economic Studies

- 2-3  years of relevant experience in Controlling/ALM in banking industry (financial reporting, analyses of profitability) or Audit

- Good understanding of IFRS and regulatory concepts

- Desirable SAS experience

- MS Office advanced abilities

- At least one foreign language (English or French) at fluent level advanced;
