Junior Operational IT Risk Analyst – Compliance.

Are you interested in a career on IT Compliance? Then this is the starting point for you. We are seeking to hire a part-time young graduate to help us with the follow-up and analysis of compliance topics (ex. GDPR, conflict of interest, business impact assessment etc.) on GTS Perimeter.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Ensure the establishment and proper implementation of Compliance process on the RESG / GTS perimeter:
  • You will be involved in gathering GDPR relevant information about GTS applications/ infrastructures/processes, processing of the information and compiling the information into a risk analysis;
  • Help perform Privacy by Design analysis for all services / processes that imply personal data processing, in order to evaluate all elements of the processing and the necessity of performing or not of a Privacy Impact Analysis;
  • Help perform Privacy Impact Analysis, whenever necessary, in order to evaluate the risks related to all services / processes that imply personal data, with the aim of minimizing them by implementing adequate security measures;
  • Assist updating the Data Processing Record by using a specific tool (One Trust);
  • Participate to the Conflict of Interests analysis and to BIA (Business Impact Analysis);
  • Help produce operational, regulatory reporting and monthly dashboards related to your activity.

Profile required

  • Preferable last year/graduate from IT University degrees, you have basic functional knowledge about IT infrastructure;
  • Good analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel);
  • Passionate about data privacy from a GDPR perspective;
  • Problem solving” mindset and solution-enabler capacities;
  • Team player;
  • Good communication skills, written and oral, in French (B2+) and English (B1+).
