3 years’ experience around management of collaborative tools or in Knowledge Management;
Fluent in English (written and spoken); French (written and spoken) is nice to have;
Expertise in the conduct of workshops for the collection, analysis and alignment of needs;
Functional knowledge of O365 suite and especially SharePoint Online (Microsoft SharePoint solution as a site owner – meaning end-user admin level), Teams, Yammer;
Good interpersonal skills, listening and animation skills;
Autonomy and capacity to conduct a stream or topic from beginning to end;
Ease of leaning and curiosity with IT tools;
Structured, logical, analytical and synthesized;
Problem solving attitude, professional thoroughness.
NICE TO HAVE (not mandatory):
Expertise in change management;
Past experience within an IT department or working with technical teams (developers, system admins...);
Good sense of design and ability to make content attractive, UX/UI knowledge;
Basic knowledge of web design and HTML / CSS (table and style attributes, hover...).
