Knowledge Management and Collaboration Practices Officer

Responsibilities

Within the Societe Generale Group you will be part of the Global Technology Services (GTS) department, the IT entity in charge of infrastructure and at the center of the operational transformation model. 
The team you would join is Knowledge Management & Collaboration Center (K2C) team, which is in charge of implementing the Knowledge Management approach and collaborative practices. The team defines then deploys the KM and collaboration strategy for the GTS scope, aligned with SG Group strategy.


Responsibilities:

Support GTS teams in their Knowledge Management and collaborative work:  
•    conduct need analysis workshops;
•    propose, define and agree on best target for the team’s need;
•    guide the team in reaching target or deliver ready-to-use location for their need.
Conduct change management with GTS teams:
•    provide awareness and advice on best practices and tool usage;
•    write user material;
Project management:
•    follow-up progress with the teams and update KPIs for monitoring K2C objective progress. 
Tailored support for users:
•    level 1 and 2 support on the tools within our perimeter (SharePoint, Teams, Jive, Yammer).

Some of the below responsibilities could also be part of your scope:

  • Manage relationship and needs with technical teams:

  • functional main contact with technical team who administrates Microsoft O365 tools (tool migration, follow-up updates on our needs, handling bugs)

  • functional main contact with development team;

  • Be the designer within the KM and Collaboration team: help the team deliver quality and attractive contents (for PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint site homepages or articles, internal KM or Collaboration communications); 
  • Monitor the KM & Collaboration processes and tools within SG: follow proactively POC phases or deployment progress of all SG Group digital projects (Digital Workplace mainly such new tools from Microsoft O365, new desktop)

Profile required

  • 3 years’ experience around management of collaborative tools or in Knowledge Management;

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); French (written and spoken) is nice to have;

  • Expertise in the conduct of workshops for the collection, analysis and alignment of needs;

  • Functional knowledge of O365 suite and especially SharePoint Online (Microsoft SharePoint solution as a site owner – meaning end-user admin level), Teams, Yammer;

  • Good interpersonal skills, listening and animation skills;

  • Autonomy and capacity to conduct a stream or topic from beginning to end;

  • Ease of leaning and curiosity with IT tools;

  • Structured, logical, analytical and synthesized;

  • Problem solving attitude, professional thoroughness.

NICE TO HAVE (not mandatory):

  • Expertise in change management;

  • Past experience within an IT department or working with technical teams (developers, system admins...);

  • Good sense of design and ability to make content attractive, UX/UI knowledge;

  • Basic knowledge of web design and HTML / CSS (table and style attributes, hover...).
