Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a skilled Knowledge Manager who will identify, collect, synthesize, organize and manage organizational knowledge in support of business units across the enterprise. This includes accumulating, understanding and leveraging knowledge about the business activity on behalf of the organization, its clients, its employees and partners.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the implementation of Knowledge Management practices across allocated perimeters;
  • Ensure the knowledge is owned by the company and not just by the individuals;
  • Coordinate the way process referents and operational teams apply framework requirements;
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on all tools used for communication/Collaboration, Storage/Sharing, Knowledge Capture tools, offer support and trainings to Process Referents and Ops on usage of this tools;
  • Support projects/transitions together with Process Referents on Knowledge capture;
  • Establishe and implement the architecture for storage of information and promote the usage of it;
  • Commonly establish with the operational teams the planning, standardization/ updating of operational procedures. Animate the teams of experts to adhere to the planning agreements;
  • Collaborate with similar teams across Societe Generale and SG GSC to commonly find ways of improving knowledge management practices and technical solutions;
  • Promote and use collaborative platforms (Sharepoint, Teams, Yammer). Train on collaborative instruments for new and existing employees;
  • Create and animate relevant process communities by organizing dedicated workshops with the contributors;
  • Represent the business lines in the discussions related to Knowledge Management at Group level.

Profile required

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in Knowledge Management;
  • Project Management activities experience, communication skills and analytical spirit, result and client orientation;
  • Experience using Sharepoint;
  • Advanced level of English, Minimum B1 Level of French;
  • Good interpersonal, listening and animation skills;
  • Sense of innovation, creativity, conceptual spirit;
  • Ability to define and implement Knowledge Management / lifelong learning strategies;
  • Change Management skills and customer centricity.
