Responsibilities

Perform back-office activities meant to provide an expertise analysis on all the requests that are sent from the front office/any other BL/KYC department regarding the SGRF/GBIS clients in order to minimize and anticipate any potential risk for the bank.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Assistance in collecting customer data and documents, checking their completeness, and providing expertise to internal and external customers;

  • Review of the KYC files sent by LOD1 during the periodic review and when establishing a relationship with the counterparties in the Wholesale Banking scope;

  • The elaboration of detailed opinions (Compliance Opinion Forms) formalizing the opinion of the department on customers or operations envisaged;

  • Writing notes on topics related to financial security risks for the CPLE business line and management;


  • Ad hoc preparation of proposals for suspicious activity reports for transmission to the financial crimes expert’s department;


  • Advice and assistance to business lines and local AML Department;


  • Evaluation and validation of the Financial Security aspects of the products and services submitted to the necessary department;


  • Be a privileged expert point of contact;


  • Be responsible for the data quality on these clinets in collaboration with CLD & BDDF services process documentation (drafting, reviewing and updating), the evolution of operational processes: proposals and implemnetations of optimization, training newcomers.

Profile required

  • Good understanding KYC notions and specific regulations (ex. Client Onboarding & Review, knowledge of Global Know Your Client (KYC) and KYC Policy, etc.);
  • French and English are mandatory (minimum B2 - written and reading);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel – medium level)
  • Organization and attention to details, management of daily tasks in a structured manner.
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and openness to change.
  • Autonomy and client-oriented approach.
