Mission:
- Supervises KYC team to achieve the operational objectives set by the management
- Organizes and manages the activity in the most efficient way possible in order to provide quality treatments
- Ensures that the team contributes to the quality of customer service (done indirectly by internal stakeholders) and to the improvements in the processing for which they are responsible
- Manages the team efficiency, the quality of the outcome provided and key stakeholders
- Supports, motivates and develops its employees on a daily basis so that they can fully contribute to the achievement of objectives
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Understand and explain the contribution of each employee to customer satisfaction
- Set up and monitor on a daily basis the indicators of his/her team and the KRIs in compliance with the objectives defined with management for Know Your Customer (KYC) activities
- Permanent awareness of the staff on the quality of service provided to our internal and external customers during weekly meetings
- Master and apply the rules of communication on incidents
- Analyze and propose areas for improvement. Ensure that the operating procedures are formalized and followed by the employees
- Follow up on the action plans of his/her team's initiatives and projects
- Work in collaboration with other teams and departments
- Develop the relationship with internal stakeholders’ teams
- Motivate and assist the team in achieving operational objectives
- Promote team spirit and mutual support
- Support the team in case of difficulty
- Evaluate the performance, skills and knowledge of his/her employees and support them in their development
- Ensure the smooth integration of new employees in order to enable them to quickly increase their skills
- Organize and implement the transformations decided at the level of KYC which affect the team
- Escalate blocking or complex case, organize dedicated calls with internal stakeholders (KYC teams, Compliance, Front Office) to unlock difficult cases
- Act as a team player
Profile required
Studies & experience:
- University education
- Minimum 4 years Investment Banking management operations experience
- Minimum 2 years people management experience
Language skills:
- English fluency
- Polish - intermediate level
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Results orientation: regularly evaluates his/her own performance and that of the team
- Human capital development: trains and supports team members as they perform new tasks
