Responsibilities

  • As part of a new project within KYU, the KYS Analyst will perform back-office activities meant to analyze and check conformity and risk for SG Group suppliers in scope.
  • Specifically, you will be required to:
  • Review supplier files in order to identify missing or non-compliant documents;
  • Request missing documents, as per Know Your Supplier (KYS) procedures;
  • Retrieve and endorse documents in order to validate supplier file;
  • Reports compliance risks identified according to the legal framework;
  • Performs periodic compliance checks in order to monitor and verify compliance with legal provisions;
  • Provides support in preparing the documentation necessary to obtain the authorizations required by the regulations;
  • Keeps track of all non-compliant supplier files and follows-up on their remediation.
  • Regular interraction with GSC and BU/SU’s part of the KYS scope.
  • Engagement for achievement of operational KPI’s provided according to the business requirements.

Profile required

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, foreign languages or law;
  • French – B1, at least Intermediate level (written and reading);
  • English –  B1, at least Intermediate level ((written and reading);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous KYC knowledge and experience – is a plus.
  • Employee with fixed term contract
  • Analytical skills and process oriented;
  • Meticulous attention to details and strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent collaboration and team spirit;
  • Ability to work under pressure and work as part of the team.
