Team Lead Transfer Agent - Lead the Team in the day to day process on reconciliation.

  • Coordinating and organizing the work in a Transfer Agency Reconciliation Team including team coverage
  • Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area
  • Ensure daily deadlines are met in a multi-batch environment
  • Teams tasks include debtor chasing, investigation of unable-to applies, kickbacks, corrections, any other investigations
  • Liaise with other SGSS entities
  • Develop, maintain, and control processes, procedures, checklists, and checkpoints for the team
  • Identify and monitor the team’s Training and Personal Development needs
  • Being the team’s center of expertise and leverage knowledge
  • Pro-actively sharing knowledge
  • Sign off relevant daily verifications and process validations
  • Ensure team’s effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures to deliver project
  • Participate to testing’s when requested for the Team
  • Assist the Team Manager when requested and act as a backup when required
  • Represent the Team during team meetings and conference calls with internal and external parties
  • Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls.
  • Help the team with booking and quality checking of payments instructions and corrective orders when needed
  • At least 3-4 years experience in Transfer Agency area (Preferably at least two of the following areas: Dealing, Registration, Reconciliation)
  • Strong organizational skills and quality focused
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure


Operational Skills                                                                                     

  • Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good financial skills                              
  • Reconciliation Tools
  • Organization and rigor
