  • Responsibilities
  • Ensure meeting day-to-day targeted deliveries, as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Manage work force allocation and identify team's training needs
  • Adhere to risk, regulatory and control requirements
  • Identify, lead and deliver process improvements, regularly
  • Be a first level of contact for any delivery resolutions
  • Should drive change management topics such as CTMS, UAT testing with high data quality.
  • Should be independently able to drive CI topics such as PSS, Scrum, Sit ins and process improvement initiatives.
  • Be an effective back up for team manager
  • Maintain & Monitor Teams KPI’s

Profile required

  • Profile Required

  • KYC expert with minimum 2years of working in KYC related products as Quality Controller
  • Expert in working in APAC local regulations
  • End to end knowledge of Funds lifecycle
  • Should be good with MI/Reporting skills
  • Should be flexible to support team in production (IDD/PC/QC) as needed
  • Experience of interacting with stakeholders is an added advantage
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to visualize and implement enhancements
