Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and Passionate data Analyst and Dashboard designer to join our Analytics team. This is unique opportunity to work with highly collaborative and dynamic team and use your skills to make a real impact.

Key Qualification
- Expert in data Visualization tool Power BI (key features, data joining / blending, Story telling, different version, usage of calculated fields, parameters, different filters, Trend analysis, etc.,)
- Experienced in SQL .
- Experienced in Reporting / Data modelling with good experience in MS Office Products, Advanced analysis in MS Excel,
- Good in data collection, cleansing, Design and develop customized dashboards.
- Strong communication, presentation skills and coordination to interact multiple agile teams
- Function knowledge in HR Domain

- Basics of Any analytical tools
- Understanding of HR key Indicators and Benchmarking
