Lead Analyst - GTS Volume Governance

Responsibilities

Volume Governance role in GTS will be in charge to:

·       Collect, analyze & report on GTS service offers monthly volumes (as of now we focus on 7 service offers families, more than 70 service offers, ~10 Data Sources). Volume governance tooling set-up is in progress, it’s why the mission will evolve in the coming year

  before Power BI delivery:

·       Extract Data from Data sources, store on central repository for traceability & auditability.

·       Check Data Quality & ensure mapping correction if necessary.

·       Review & Analyse the volume disruption with services owners.

·       Report service offers volume in central Report files.

·       Update “How to get the volume” in case of procedure update

  Once Power BI delivery is in place:

·       Contribute on automatic report remediation (Data Quality check + source remediation if necessary).

·       Automate central report file fulfilment.

·       Review & Analyse the volume disruption with services owners.

·       Report to GTS customers and to GTS ExCo (job with High visibility) on Volume trends vs targets, and highlight main disruptions and related root causes.:

  Dashboards Volume, key messages & Main volume disruption root causes.

  Trend vs target.

  Assist  to report on Volume to their customer.

·       Centralize volumes forecast for all the group (France perimeter until now, WW to address soon) to sustain different processes, among them IT cost management & capacity planning.

  Collect forecast.

  Update central file.

  Report on main disruptions to stakeholders (costing/billing process owner, capacity planning process owner, GTS departments/service owners).

The perimeter of this process and related responsibility will be extended over time (more service offers to report on, WW perimeter to address, etc.), so we are looking for good profile to assist us for this journey and take progressive ownership.

Profile required

·Minimum 5 years experienced graduate having:

  1. strong communication skills, 
  2. presenting skills (including powerpoint knowledge)
  3. Strong Excel knowledge with the ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data
  4. Strong PowerBI knowledge
  5. Preferred understanding of technology services - especially topics like docking, firewall, compute, storage, databases etc so that analysis of consumption, usage and variation is easy to deliver
  6. Knowing French language will be preferable
