Work with the Product Owners / Business Analysts of the Application to gather requirements, refine backlog and pass on the details to the Agile Feature Team members for development
Refines the product's requirements to ensure they maintain cohesion with the business needs for the product, identify and mitigate risk early in the project
Provides just-in‐time requirements to avoid waste or rework of requirements.
Ensures that the right solution is delivered.
Be a facilitator in complex environments, bringing divergent business stakeholders together and helping them speak with a single voice so the project team is not confused by contradictory and conflicting perspectives.
Must play a central role in defining and communicating the acceptance criteria prior to development work commencing.
Will be involved in creating and executing acceptance tests, break down vision into requirements and provide accurate estimation of the same
Can at a future point of time may play a role in identifying important requirements that might not have been actively represented by stakeholders.
It is incumbent on the analyst to constantly review requirements with the business stakeholders and ensure that any shifts in business needs are accurately reflected in future releases of the product.
Active participant of planning, analyzing, testing, and demonstrating activities.
Active Participant of all the Agile Ceremonies
Work with Business and Ops and prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents clearly
Work with Functional Architect and Technical Architect and arrive feasible solution and ensure ROI
Must have skills:
Strong Experience in study, analyze, design , test in on Anyone of Compliance Processing Tools such as - Sentinel Portfolio (Fidessa), linedata Compliance (linedata), Charles River Compliance (Charles River), CSD (SIMCORP)MIG21 or In-House Trustee
Strong understanding of Agile practices, roles and methodologies.
Experience in Compliance (Trustee) & Financial instruments
Strong understanding of CD practices & tools (JIRA)
Good background on Oracle PL/SQL .
Hands on experience on any ETL tool.
Good background on preparation and performing functional testing.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
