Responsibilities

Project

  • Manage small to medium projects or small streams of large programs with minimal supervision including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing phases.
  • Develop a good understanding of functional requirements and product architecture by interacting with project stakeholders across business and technology teams and thereby applying it for effective results.
  • Co-ordinate to set governance with business partners to identify opportunities to initiate new projects.
  • Identify, develop, and implement the required project deliverables within the defined timelines and budget.
  • Perform complete project feasibility study and analysis. Co-ordinate and set governance with business partners to identify opportunities to initiate new projects.
  • Perform risk management by monitoring and executing response plans.
  • Prioritize issues and tasks to support teams to meet project objectives.

Product

  • Accountable to deliver product features on time with high quality.
  • Drive product backlog by gathering business requirements thereby aligning and prioritizing features and schedule releases.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the high-quality and optimal performance of the product features.
  • Focus on product quality by inspecting and evaluating product progress at each iteration.
  • Contribute to creating a strong culture of engineering/domain/functional practices, usage of analytics and data-driven decisions with respect to product functionality.
  • Develop business requirements and project roadmaps for high performance and critical project priorities.
  • Evaluate cross-functional business processes and models for optimal delivery solutions.
  • Own functional architecture of the product and analyze the impact on domain cartography.
  • Prioritize business needs, upstream and downstream systems to create synergy, and synchronize deliveries by partnering with PO.
  • Facilitate solution designs and changes by conducting program-level complex business and systems/process analysis.

People

  • Responsible for chapter activities and managing people.
  • Define individual/chapter, Feature Teams and League objectives. Review and provide consolidated feedback.
  • Mentor and coach chapter members.
  • Evaluate and allocate workforce in Chapters/Feature Teams and drive recruitment.
  • Participate in Feature Team delivery and enhance expertise.
  • Manage Chapter and Feature Team backlogs separately.
  • Encourage and support Feature Team's autonomy.
