Responsibilities

Independently manage all operational activities for a sub-function. Apply expert knowledge in day to day activities. Bring in market best practices to improve process. Independently manage risks, audits and stakeholders requirements. Independently manage all statutory compliances within their sub-function area. Anticipate emerging risks, plan actions to mitigate the same and help with robust risk and control practices. Drive automations and process improvement. Represent and contribute to internal and external expert forums.

Profile required

Post Graduation or Professional certification in Commerce, HR or Finance. Advance stakeholder management skills. Proven functional and domain proficiency. Exceptional analytical skills through the use of cutting edge technology. Excellent verbal and oral communications. Expert in office tools and relevant ERP.
