Responsibilities

Based in GSC Chennai, this role will form an integral part of carrying out the activities set up by the Group against corruption and influence peddling, in strong coordination with the ABC Manager based in Paris

  • Identify key business changes through stakeholder connects and assess key risks for the perimeter concerned as directed by the Compliance Manager
  • Participate in assessment of existing controls as per the defined control plan and the direction of the Compliance management: assess the design and the execution of each existing formalized controls on schedule and in accordance with the standards and methodology
  • Maintain a detailed and updated working knowledge of various laws and regulations
  • Ensure identified gaps are debriefed to relevant stake holders, corrective action plans agreed, and restitution reports are published
  • Regular of knowledge on internal incidents, external enforcement, and regulatory developments.

Profile required

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Prepare and follow up annual COMPASS exercise: 
Organize workshops as much as needed on the campaign scope Provide support to stakeholders’ questions

Restitution of the exercise progression providing feedback of alerts and blocking points to the Control Tower in a timely manner

Participation on the production of presentation (weekly follow up, awareness session, ad hoc presentation, etc.)

Preparation phase:
Analysis and preparation of DATA
Actor’s identification
Determination of eligible risks
Presentation of the method to leadership - Awareness sessions to all stakeholders

Execution phase:
Building and collection of DATA (prepare the files and calculate the data - ensuring business validation. Follow up input from other data contributor and consolidate the data.
Follow up the progression of questionnaires filling 
Follow up Quality Assurance phases
Synthesis and action plans

Continuous improvement:
Realize business requirements to industrialize data production
Participate in the drafting and/or updating of the operating procedures on the data production
