Responsibilities

  • The Lead expert will work closely with the operations teams and technical teams to drive process and system improvements that will enable the organization to scale and improve in terms of efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
  • Interact internally with operation team to understand the mission / project requirements (be it transformation or digital initiatives), of the processes and drive through the project
  • Decent communication skill & Operating in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business/project objectives.
  • Try and generate original ideas, approaches, and solutions enhance functional expertise within financial markets domain and specifically in clearing/collateral Domain
  • As a Lead expert will conduct project health checks to assess the ability of projects to deliver their benefits.
  • Work closely with Operational & Tech team providing delivery advice, making recommendations for improvement and supporting projects on the implementation of standards and best practice

Profile required

  • To act as lead expert for all transformation and change initiatives for CCR perimeter.
  • Initiatives overseen include Transformation and Transition initiatives
  • Assist in development of plans for projects and/or transformation initiatives.
  • Manage the relationship with the stakeholders
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule ,
  • Support development of communications relevant to change initiatives
  • Define success metrics and measuring performance against these.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time,
  • Provide reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
