Responsibilities
Providing technical guidance to Teams on KYC policy and procedural matters
Resolving queries raised by production teams using Query management tool
Lead all communication to the prodution teams on the change/updates in policies and address their queries
Mentor and support training deliverables related to business stakeholders in key technology functionality & KYC Process
Coordinate with Norms & Expert team to discuss on the complex or unresolved topics to streamline the business operations.
Supporting the Learning & Development team in content development and delivering training as needed and assess, review and Finalise L&D training material
Lead content development and delivery of all need based and refresher training for the covered perimeter
Ensure that production staff has all required skillset to perform the assigned role
Own change management deliverable defined for team to the covered perimeter
ACT as an arbitrator of quality issues and disputes between IQA/onshore QA and QC’s.
Responsible to ensure the process documents are up to date as per latest policy and procedures, regulatory requirements and other regulatory needs
Esuring the KYC escalation policies are followed
Profile required
· Should have completed graduation / post graduate in Commerce
· Should have 7+ years of relevant experience
· Good proficiency with MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Word
· Should have a relevant industry accreditation in the area of expertise ,
· Client-oriented: pro-activeness, responsiveness, listening partners/clients needs
· Results oriented: deliver projects and monitoring tools and dashboard for production
· Quality of communication: written and oral
