Lead- Java Developer

Your role:

• Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements and raises clarifications with stakeholders.
• Give Knowledge Transfer to the development team 
• Acts as SPOC for business requirements and represents the end user in the development team.
• Lead and conduct functional testing thereby responsible for certification of product release before user acceptance.
• Encourage best practices and apply them in the team - responsible for technical quality
• Understand Agile practices (daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospective, test driven, model storming) and follow the same.
• Set priority on work product as per the agreed iteration goals.
• Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices

Profile required

Your profile:

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of software development experience in Java stack (Core Java, Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Tomcat)
  • Strong Knowledge in Java and Database Development
  • Knowledge in CI/CD environments and Agile process is a must
  • Full Stack is a big plus
  • Able to set up best practices and create exhaustive development process
  • Strong knowledge in OOA (Object Oriented Analysis) & OOD (Object Oriented Design), Design Patterns
  • Sound Knowledge in writing SQL scripts, stored procedures and functions
  • Sound knowledge in Banking domain will be an added advantage
  • Experience in test driven development (unit testing. mocking)
  • Willing to learn new technologies as and when required and deliver asap
  • Configuration & Release Management
  • Review, Training & Mentoring the team
  • Able to plan; Estimate & Prioritize work
