Responsibilities

Team monitors globally GBSU portfolio of outsourced and off shored services (OS) as well as monitors directly both operationally and contractually a selected scope of OS within GBIS.

The team works closely with other teams globally.

      • Monitoring of and reporting on GBSU OS supervision set up.

Governance management

      • Service delivery Management

Service Quality Monitoring and Risk review\reporting to the regions

      • Expertise in assisting stakeholders to improve OS supervision set up in order to meet regulators’ requirements, improve risk mitigation and optimize costs.
      • Contract follow up.

Profile required

  1. Experience 6-10 Years
  2. Good Functional Knowledge
  3.  Project Management Background
  4. Comply with all Risk and regulatory obligations  where relevant
  5. Responsibility for ensuring that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal Policies that relate to you, your business or other businesses for which you have any level of responsibility
  6.  Responsibility for reading, understanding and complying with the Company's Conduct and Standards and corresponding regulations. You will be notified of changes to policies in a timely manner through announcements and/or intranet updates.
