Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Manage the end to end delivery of the Patching related efforts for GTS
2. Review with SEC team on the vulnerabilties report and priortise the ones for remediation
3. Onboard skill teams for impact analysis of the assets in scope and engage Business teams for awareness and approval
4. Engage management for timely escalations and awareness
5. Ensure the assets in scope are patched or risk acceptance sought for the ones missed
6. Share KPIs on the patching cycle
7. Guide the Skill teams / Infrastructure owners on the organizational policies & procedures
8. Review the resiliency status of the infrastructures in line with the organizational policy
9. Review the obsolescence status of Infrastructures in line with the organizational policy
7. Participate in gap assessment, compliance readiness, compliance monitoring activities.
8. Conduct planned/un-planned internal audit.
9. Facilitating & tracking remediation & corrective action plan.
10. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Assisting in collecting the Risk Management KPIs.
Profile required
1. Good knowledge on IT Infrastructures & their dependencies.
2. Good working knowledge on the OS upgrade process and tools (Ex: Serom)
3. Experience in driving similar projects for GTS
4. Good understanding of the Security Vulnerabilities and reporting
5. Good understanding of the topics of Operational Risks such as Resiliency & Obsolescence & their impact on business.
6. Ability to communicate risk and compliance subject to multiple audience including technicians, business people and
management.
7. Experience in project management
8. Good knowledge of industry level best practices on Operational Risk Management.
9. Strong presentation and analytical skills for Management reports & KPIs
10. Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
11. Strong Social Skills such as listening, convincing and negotiating. (This role has to do a lot of interaction with various
stakeholders).
12. Experience in IT Governance and Compliance is a plus.
