Responsibilities

Animate and develop production support practices with Production support communities

Standardization on production practices, tools and process 

Steer practices maturity level improvement

Help to ensure regulators/ compliance needs are met

Encourage teams to contribute to the Production support  communities

Animate and leading the league according to Business Unit objectives

Manage transversal major incidents for the Unit

Follow-up on post mortem and problem management for major incidents

Profile Required

A Process Engineers role is to ensure ITIL processes adopted by the organization are defined, adopted by  BLs & maintained on a regular basis.
The individual should have
1. 7+ of years of experience in IT services management 
2. Good in steering production to meet expected SLAs
3. Defining and reviewing SLAs  with business wherever it is applicable
4. Enforce and Follow-up of production process implementation
5. Animating community of practices
6. Timely reporting
