  • Drive transversal major IT production  incidents till its closure
  • Publish Post mortems for major IT incidents and ensure problem management for such incidents
  • Reporting of production reports as defined
  • Animate and develop production practices w/ chapter managers / leaders
  • Standardization on practices, tools and process
  • Steer practices maturity level improvement across Unit
  • Help to ensure regulators/ compliance needs are met
  • Encourage teams to contribute to the communities
  • Animate and leading the league according to Unit objectives
  • ITIL certification is  a plus

Profile Required

6+ years of IT experience required

Senior project manager with a good sensibility to production and infrastructure matters

Good sensitivity to Agile methods and framework;

 ITIL knowledge is fundamental given the nature of the project; 

Must keep aware of the live production matters (along with CRM team)

A good practice of English given the international context and the coverage of the project with regards to the implantations (notably Western Europe).
