Responsibilities

Responsibilities

    • Manage workforce allocation and identify team's training needs
    • Delivery of day-to-day activities with high level of process adherence as defined in Service Level Agreement (SLA) set by the company for all critical equipment’s
    • Ensure budget adherence and that all services and deliverables are within the agreed costs.
    • Ensure all internal and statutory compliances are adhered
    • Constant effort to upgrade and improve the processes and Automate
    • Work closely on transformation projects for the team.
    • Adhere to risk, regulatory and control requirements. Take preventive actions to avoid any losses.
    • Ensure all billing, invoicing and payments are as per processes and meet the organization requirement.
    • Identify and resolve medium to high level issues and escalations.
    • Implement and monitor effective governance of delivery with all stakeholders.
    • Be a first level of contact for any delivery resolutions
    • Lead team and inspire performances
    • Manage New Office Projects, Refurbishments & Retro Fit Projects
    • Co-ordination & Implementation of all technical services requirement for projects
    • Prepare Schedule, monitor the progress, daily inspection of site, conduct daily, weekly meetings with the suppliers
    • Monitor Fit-outs measures related to the building meets the GFC, Design & BOQ
    • Verify and correct any deviation, co-ordinate on pre-commissioning and post commissioning activities for project
    • Assist in testing & commissioning, maintain project documentation from start to handover of the premises
    • Internal Stakeholder Management during the project

Profile Required

Post Graduate degree or Engineering degree is a must
Advance level of understanding in respective domain.
Advance level of people management skills - ability to groom / train, ability to give feedback and steer the team for high performance.
Advance communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to visualize and present data.
Be a change agent and instrumental contributor in implementing enhancements.
Knowledge on Network Infrastructure- Active/Passive & Audio-Visual equipment’s

Profile required
