Responsibilities
a. Identification of areas of opportunity by that contribute to efficiency and client focus/centricity within the perimeter. Contribute to productivity and innovation initiatives in the BL.
b. Manage Contunious Improvement pracitices , Gems League, trainings & certifications
c. Monitor progress of continuous improvement project initiatives and take appropriate corrective actions when required.
d. Help team identify areas of contribution to GSC GTPS Roadmap
e. Identify the opportunities for contribution to the transformation programs in the perimeter and convert them into actionable initiatives
