That includes optimization cost and time towards development and quality.

• 6 to 8 Years of software development experience in Java full stack
• Must have experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring Security, Angular, APIs (REST)
• Good knowledge in CI CD pipeline GIT - Maven - Jenkins - XL deploy
• Exposure to Unix and windows OS, Eclipse/IntelliJ
• Knowledge on production monitoring tools, production practices
• Good to have : BigData, Apache Spark, Python, Spring cloud
• Work experience on agile coding practices (TDD, Clean code, etc.)
• Curiosity in all the latest trends and ready to do POCs with new technical stack
• Managing and owning team’s quality practices - Clean Code, Design principles, SOLID Practices
• Managing teams’ deliveries – unblocking team members, coordinating dependencies, guiding technical approaches for a problem
• Hands on knowledge in performance tuning/improvement - Java or PL/SQL
• Knowledge on Investment Banking and Regulatory Reporting
• Experience in working on projects in Agile Methodology
