LEAD SERVICE ANALYST - Client Relationship Management

Responsibilities

·  Follow-up end to end Business process / Business chain.

·  Steering : Focus on SLA definition, Daily SLA follow-up, Yearly Review, Monitoring and Reporting.

·  Crisis Management and Reporting of Key events on Production.

·  Accountable for production issues from incident occurrence, remediation to Root Cause Analysis (RCA), follow-up and Publish Post Mortems

·  Generate Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s / KRI’s and Identify opportunities for improvement and Innovate.

·  Lead the creation, implementation and monitoring of an effective governance with all the regional stakeholders.

·  Production Monitoring : Strengthen business chain monitoring in co-ordination with Production chapters.

·  Stakeholder Management – Steering Production Governance with all stake holders .

·  Drive conduct key ceremonies of Process / Practice like project kickoff, STEERCO and OPCO etc

·  Track, evaluate and drive process improvements and concerns. Monitor and correct process non-compliance

·  Deploy, execute and improve Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes for the Business Process/ Business chain.

·  Apply ITIL best-practices and methodologies. Propose changes to the existing processes and contribute to the evolution of new model/process.

·  Prepare, publish and monitor process documentation and process reports.

·  Conduct workshops and trainings on ITIL processes. Provide information on ITIL processes related audit queries to internal/external auditors

·  Estimate production infrastructure and service prices from Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) perspective on cloud or data center

Profile required

1. New Position for Manager Service Delivery in the GBSU/FRM/RPM Team.

2. Experience : 08 -12 years.

3. Skills :Basic Investment Banking Knowledge preferably Market Risk Domain [ Good to have]

               Soft Skills : Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal skills, Conflict Management, Stakeholder Management, Crisis Management.

4. Role Name : Client Relationship Manager for Market Risk.
