Lead Service Analyst-Customer relationship manager

Responsibilities

Develop partnerships – proactively develop industry solution maps for each technical specialty and engage the leading solution and service providers for each. Drive collaboration and integration between multiple partners to deliver comprehensive solutions & drive GTS platform adoption to the Small and Medium Entities

• Drive infrastructure engagements - including short on-site projects proving the value of GTS services to support new distributed computing models.

• Learn and teach – build small teams with single threaded leaders in each technical specialty area. Work with them to learn the newest platform services. Support them in harvesting and publishing best practices to broader field and partner teams. Also, guide them to engage individual project teams and teach the implementation processes and skills related to their technical specialty.

• Deliver value - lead high quality delivery of a variety of customized engagements with partners and enterprise customers in the commercial and public sectors.

• Be a customer advocate - Work with Professional services / PLT teams to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to Cloud technology roadmaps

• Build organization assets – identify patterns and implement solutions that can be leveraged across customer base. Improve productivity through tooling and process improvements.

• Strong acumen of financials and budget, forecast/reconciliation

Profile required

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cloud computing, adoption strategy, transition challenges

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges

• Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills

• Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services

• Business development experience including complex agreements w/ integrators and ISVs

• Use of Public cloud services in distributed environments with Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT implementation or delivery experience

• 4+ years of direct people management leading a team of functional Tech & CRM

• Deep understanding of cloud computing, adoption strategy, transition challenges

• Experience managing a consulting practice or teams responsible for KRAs

• This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed.
