Lead Software Engineer - Full Stack ( Java and React)

Responsibilities

• Proven Ability to learn and work on latest technology, have good analytical skills and pickup faster.
• Should have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Should have been engaged on one project for at least 10 months.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore model would be an advantage

Responsible to manage a complete feature team.
Manage application/project with medium to high-level criticality.
Responsible for project delivery and production by managing a team.

Coach teams for clear constraints in the delivery plans.

Engage stakeholders/users to elicit requirements, conduct UATs and provide post-production support

Manage relationships between Product Owner and other key business users.

Coordinate with product owner on functional requirments and deliveries.

Promote in-depth understanding of agile principles 
Provide product vision to the team.
Responsible for budget/capacity planning and allocation to ensure the continuous improvement of the team.
Coordinate with other feature teams and contribute to Service Platform level OKRs.

Profile required

Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience and 2 years as engineering manager.

Experience .

Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods

Good exposer in stakeholder management.

Mandatory skills: Agile Scrum master,Java, Spring Boot, React JS,Typescript, Bootstrap , CI/ CD, HTML, CSS.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Participate in development & implementing high quality application, enterprise grade and usable User Interfaces (UI's) and high-quality API's.
  • Collect requirements and specify the functionalities to be implemented from end users and Product Owners.
  • Implement, test and deliver functionalities according to our standards and following the Continuous Integration process.
  • Provide support on day-to-day operations supporting Defect, Problem, and Crisis processes
  • Be an active member of the team in terms of decision making and process improvements
  • Contribute to the team continuous improvement through communication, documentation and automation
