Responsibilities

As a Consultant STX, the role will be responsible for managing projects which are large (in terms of challenges, budget, team, etc.) or complex (multiple entities and/or numerous contributors and/or complex functionalities) and/or supervises several projects in parallel. The role will also be responsible for results as defined in the Project Management Plan(s) and validated by the sponsor(s), particularly:


- Contributes to preparing business cases,
- Validates the organization of project(s),
- Defines and obtains validation by the sponsor of the governance of project(s),
- Acts as a project manager for projects coordinated directly, with power to delegate all or part of their completion to a project manager.


For projects under supervision:
- Oversees implementation of the governance validated by the sponsor,
- Supervises project managers and execution of the project management plans,
- Oversees completion of project(s),
- Oversees completion of project assessments.

Profile Required

 

 

 

Change Management

Promote a culture of efficiency through

  • Support communication efforts, the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Assess the change impact, Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Support training efforts, Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Complete change management assessments
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Coach managers and supervisors
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Contribute strongly to the Market Intelligence initiatives of SGGSC.
  • Works on the cultural and human aspects of transformations.
  • Spread a change management mindset;
  • Show a good capacity to adapt : approaching new situations with openness and reacting positively to situations of refusal or sources of frustration

 

 

 

 

 

 

Project Management

Ability to handle complex projects independently

Ensure all the projects are meeting the requirements by the client and the requirements are clearly defined

Ensure the projects are concluded by meeting all deliverables, within stipulated timelines, through proper execution, governance and monitoring

Report and escalate to management as needed

Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

 

 

Delivery and Operational Objectives

 

Promulgating the culture of efficiency (Customer Journeys, Six Sigma, BPM, Frugal management, kaizen) through mentoring of projects and resources

End to End responsibility for identifying problem statement, developing a solution and driving implementation to achieve desired outcome

Deliver Lean Six Sigma trainings & certification

Responsible for implementation of structure program governance and establish and manage appropriate governance with stakeholders

Proactive identification of risk and road blocks that affects program time lines/expected outcomes and develop mitigation plans / workarounds

Coach, mentor and providing performance feedback to the team
