Responsibilities
- Good written communication & build rapport with clients.
- Service quality at top of mind .
- Sense of urgency & commitment is very important
- Co-ordinate among team for skill mutualization and suggest pro-active measures to improve efficiency / process.
- Perform the role with maximum Caution, Responsibility and Confidentiality as demanded by the function.
- Exposure to Agile practices.
Profile required
- Required 1 to 4 Years of IT Experience
- In charge process workflows in the disciplines
- Compute and analyse KPIs and reports
- Presentations, Reports & Dashboards - analysis and management reporting, governance meetings with clients
