Framework Adherence and Continuous Improvement

  • Supports the Outsourcing function focused on adopting Outsourcing and Third Party Risk management framework best practices.
  • Educates Stakeholders on policy, standards, procedures, practices regarding Outsourcing and Third-Party Requirements
  • Adapt operational processes regarding the coming and continuous changes in the set up (tools, process, stakeholders…)*
  • Take in charge OS managers training and support (including new OS manager onboarding) on the OS framework and its evolution
  • Supports as point of contact on all aspects of the Outsourcing framework for the Portfolio of OS taken in charge
  • Works with BU/SU’s to ensure requirements regarding material Outsourcing and Third parties are met
  • Works with BU/SU’s to ensure appropriate controls are in place and are effective for Material Outsourcing and Third-Party arrangements.
  • Ensures OS framework requirements are met and formalised through RAMOS in due time :
  • Monitor deadlines and communicate to the stakeholders
  • Ensure operational monitoring quality including identification  and qualification  of weaknesses (attention point or anomaly) & ensure existence / quality of action plan
  • Facilitate risk assessments and ensure H/VH residual risk follow-up  and more specifically :

- monitor triggering events

- Lead OS Correspondent / OS Manager & Risk experts Governance

- ensure quality of RA

- ensure quality of action plan for H/VH residual risk

Profile required

- Ensure quality of RA

- Ensure quality of action plan for H/VH residual risk

Support OS Manager to perform Financial monitoring & ensure financial monitoring quality (external OS only)
Ensure OS closure process quality (including controls & validation)
Perform recurrent review of data quality in Ramos

Risk mitigation and Control

Execute GPS controls and ensure anomalies declared have robust action plans.
Manage anomalies on the controls with OS managers ensuring action plan definition and follow up
Report on OS supervision quality and risk areas

Governance and Reporting

Provide reporting on status his/her OS portfolio, raise alert if any difficulties or blocking point /escalate
Creating monthly/quarterly reporting packs for relevant Committee meetings, preparing status updates and collating management information required to monitor the effectiveness of the OS & TP (OCR, ICCC ..)

Regulation and Change

Act as the Outsourcing subject matter expert on relevant projects, remediation activities and business needs
Drive change and challenge existing process for improvement
Support training and awareness on SG’s OS & TPRM Framework

Stakeholder Engagement

Regularly engage with second- and third-line partners to ensure regulatory compliance and proactive risk management practices
Maintain strong engagement and identify synergies with wider LoD1 functions (Sourcing, DCS, BCM, GRC ..)
