Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator
Responsabilities
The Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator will focus on the implementation of SG AMER’s Diversity, Learning and Development strategies across the region, having responsibility for providing learning program coordination and support. This position will report to the Head of Talent & Development for SG Americas and the Head of HR for Canada, working as part of an integrated People and Talent Development (PTD) team to support the needs of Human Resources (HR) and our business clients. The purpose of this position is to provide transversal support in all areas related to diversity, learning and development.
During your VIE mission you will be in charge of these responsibilities :
Support the US Team in the PTD initiatives for the region
Profile
You have impeccable attention to detail, a collaborative working style, excellent critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
You should be comfortable asking for clarification, understand how to prioritize requests, and be able to balance multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Additionally, we are seeking a team member who values and delivers excellent client service. This encompasses a proclivity towards developing strong partnerships, establishing trust and credibility, communicating clearly and thoughtfully, and taking ownership over one’s work.
You should consider yourself digitally confident including working in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and be comfortable learning and navigating new systems.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Montréal is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
