Level 1 Analyst within Forces Entity

Responsibilities

The Level 1 Support Analyst will handle the management of the alerts generated by FORCES (software package for Filtering Transactions and Customers Referentials against the Embargoes and the Sanctions) within the sanctions / embargos filtering framework in order to contribute to SG Group financial safety.

He also participates in the analysis and operational translation of Group Compliance filtering instructions, in FORCES platform evolution projects and in the achieved filtering quality control.

Specifically, you will be required to:

At the level of transactions filtering:

  • Analyse the relevance of the alerts concerning real time filtered transactions;
  • Review complex cases received from the team and provide clarity in actions;
  • Handle permanencies;
  • Handle Freeze and mailbox activity;
  • Validate alerts which are raised by the analysts.

At the level of customer databases filtering:

  • Perform the periodic filtering of customer databases;
  • Handle permanencies;
  • Validate alerts which are raised by the analysts;
  • Handle mailbox activity.

Profile required

  • Good knowledge of SWIFT, international and SEPA payments and / or professional experiences in Compliance activities: KYC (Know Your Customer), LAB / LFT (Fight against Money Laundering / Fight against Terrorism Financing);
  • Rigor and risks common sense;
  • Interest for open space teamwork and for newcomers' training;
  • Reactivity, in particular capacity to analyze and to translate operationally as soon as possible any new alerts analysis instructions provided by the Compliance Group entity;
  • Advanced knowledge of French and English.
