LYXOR - Client Relationship Manager

 MILANO, Italy       Permanent contract        Asset Management


*Take in charge KYC process (with SG and relative Transfer Agent) and fully onboard new clients, in collaboration with sales
* Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance departments to approve material for distribution to clients and prospects
* Participate, as sponsor or coordinator, to projects which enhance services to clients in the region
* Be involved and active contributor to marketing budget management and monitoring, organize events and marketing campaign for the region
* Handle claims raised by clients of the region, in cooperation with Head of CRM
* Act in line with compliance and regulatory rules
* Ensure clients' satisfaction as a whole

Profile Required

** Excellent executive level communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to interact well with Senior Leaders, Clients, and other related Service Providers
** Ability to communicate difficult concepts in a simplistic format
** Strong ability to multi-task large projects while maintaining consistency with regular client demands
** Strong analytical and data synthesizing capabilities and be proficient in analyzing information, developing the message and understand how to position Lyxor Investment solutions
** Project management and organization skills
** Comprehensive knowledge of Asset management products and services
** Operational efficiency and ability to think and act fast, in respect with Compliance and regulatory rules
** A good understanding of portfolio management theory

** Capacity to step back to analyse issues and situation and propose solutions
** Fluency in English essential, French is a plus

** Strong commitment to provide quality customer management
** Team oriented and high collaboration skills
** Very good interpersonal influencing and negotiation skills in working with groups both internally and externally

** Continuous desire to learn and be curious

Under the supervision of Head of Business Development Italy and Head of EMEA Client Relationship Management (based in Paris) main responsibilities as Client Relationship Manager for Italy.

* Assist in the development and expansion of the Lyxor AM franchise in Italy
* Manage relationships with all clients whose business was generated by local sales. Ensure close follow-up of key accounts in conjunction with sales representatives
* Constitute the interface between all stakeholders involved in the Client Relations (Sales, Fund Management, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, KYC, Operations)
* Contribute to retain Clients' assets

* Help sales to raise new assets
