Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Chapter's strategic plans and budget.
  • Participate in the PMT and pitch the value of Chapter delivery.
  • Responsible for buiding relationship with PMT members and stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate with other chapter managers and ensure that IS strategies are in line with the global IS strategies.
  • Coach and mentor chapter members.
  • Being part of Arch League and responsible for aligning the IS strategy with Global IS strategy.
  • Proven strong technical and domain expertise.
  • Strong believer and practitioner of growth mindset. 
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent coach and mentoring skills.

Profile required

  • Managing overall needs of the projects assigned.
  • Understand the client’s expectations with respect to the service requirements and deliverables for the activity.
  • 15+ years of IT industry experience; 
  • Experience leading teams of 15-20 people
  • Strong understanding of the IS landscape and ability to propose solutions 
  • Experience working on Agile Metholodogies is a must
  • Provide periodic reports on the status of the services being provided for the various projects highlighting all matters relating to quality, adherence or otherwise to schedules,enhancements done, technical support provided etc.
  • Knowledge on Investment Banking;
  • Experience working on Collateral Management is a plus
