Responsibilities

  • Accounting Degree and CA  Certification.
  • Advance level of understanding of Accounting and Auditing.
  • Advance level of people management skills - ability to groom / train, ability to give feedback and steer the team for high performance.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands on Risk/Data analytics and visualization skills.
  • Must provide depth to DFIN CTL Reviews, have minimum 5 plus year of experience in a Manager role, overall with atleast 12 years of experience.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft tools .

Be a change agent and instrumental contributor in implementing enhancements.

Strong  project management skills -Planning, Monitoring  and Controlling,

Demonstrate courage to take responsibility for actions and decisions and express opinions in a transparent manner.

Profile required

1. Strong understanding of Investment Banking products and processes including key applications.                                                                                      2. 2. Expertise in Audit Methodology & Execution.
3. Ability to zoom in/ zoom out on Tactical and Strategic topics.                                                                                                                                                4. 4. Ability to take decisions independently, Persuasive and Facts seeking Mindset.                                                                                                                      5. Strong technical interpretation Skills.                                                                                                                                                                                          6. Perform In-depth Reviews of audit work papers and ability to guide team members to quality deliverables. Hands on Approach is a must.                            7. Disciplined in managing timelines for internal meetings, stakeholder interactions and deliveries.
