Responsibilities

  • Budgeting and Forecasting - Connect with Regional Head for the approved Headcounts and prepare the forecasting accordingly, year on year. Manage Overhead cost as per the guidelines set by Finance
  • Contract Management: SLA and CSLA contract documents management with Onsite entities on Rafale tool, review, and revisions
  • Billing Activity - Manage billing to Onsite partners with on the HR operations support from HRCO
  • Compliance - Tracking Mandatory training completions and Mandatory Block leave for each team member
  • Risk - Coordinate with Rick ORM on the Incidents management & tools. Access management to team Sharedrive and to HRCO work area. Risk Awareness session for the New joiners on the Do’s and Don’ts in HRCO
  • Business Continuity Management - to Make sure have Business impact Analysis (BIA) defined and managed for all Critical and Vital process. Participate in the resiliency test to make sure all the processes are resilient during the unforeseen situations
  • Audit : Audit observation tracking and coordinate with the Audit team and follow-up till the closure of the Action Items on the respective tools
  • Recruitment Support: One point of contact for Hiring for the team and the central recruitment team. Taleo - Recruitment tool Management
  • Reports Preparation: prepare Finance, Risk and People KPI’s and submit to Central team on monthly basis /need basis
  • Training & Engagement Activities: Connect with training team with the requirement and arrange for relevant trainings for the Team. Arranging regular Town halls for the entire HRCO team , skip level meeting, Manager meeting, Exco Team meeting. Organising Team Outing for the team bonding activities.
  • GPS and Morse control management -  Incident Management, Transversal controls management

Profile required

Education : Bachelor Degree

Experience: 10 to 14 years

  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong process and change Management capabilities
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural team environment
  • Strong facilitator with the ability to influence people and navigate a matrix organization
  • Ability to mentor and groom professionals
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Energetic and mature

Other skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Good Knowledge Process mapping & Process documentation
- Excellent Knowledge of MIS and reporting to work on daily/weekly/monthly reports
