Manager Transversal Team (Finance)

This transversal team of the department covering mainly general accounting, group reporting and local banking regulatory reporting for 40+ entities across Europe has an exciting and diverse area of services.

As a manager of this team you’d be working with business and reporting analysts for some specific services. You will be required to interact within a diverse governance of stakeholders, propose, lead, support initiatives for the benefit of the global Accounting and Local Regulatory Department. This requires dynamism, agility, great planning and communication skills.

Specifically, you will be required to:

  • Process Performance Management – i.e. ensure the KPI/KRI dashboards, as well as some managerial and client committees presentations are set, produced and communicated to various stakeholders;
  • Data Quality -  i.e. ensure the contribution to Global Group practices in place to address significant DQ topics specific to Bucharest Accounting and Local Regulatory Department;
  • Continuous Improvement (transversal enablement flows) – i.e. supervise and/or identify along with the team initiatives aiming at improving current processes and workflows; contribute to digitalization plan;
  • Transversal Support Team producing specific group reporting deliverables;
  • Projects and Continuous Improvement support – i.e. manage several transversal projects and internal initiatives.

Profile required

  • General academic record and experience in Finance and or Banking would make a great start (~ 5 years of experience required);
  • Previous managerial experience is needed;
  • General competences associated with project management or knowledge of project management and process management practices are welcome;
  • Fluency in English is a must-have and French would be nice-to-have.
