DFIN/MAR/MPA Mission Statement & Core Functions:

● In charge of financial analysis of MARK and SBLs with product and client axis

● Building a performance-based view on certified financial aggregates (NBI, Budget/Costs, Scarce Resources, RWA…)

● Providing strategic business analysis (forecasting estimates, budgeting, business development...)

● NBI: analysis, comments (flash, detailed, quarterly), weekly es1mates (conso and trends)

● Direct costs & HC: monthly/quarterly analysis, with focus on discretionary costs with qualitative comments

● Scarce Resources: monitoring, variation analysis in coordination with DFIN/ALM, RISQ/RMA/MMG

● Performance dashboards: from bi-weekly to annual, with regional and client views, digitalization push

● Budget: building MARK Asia budget in coordination with MARK stakeholders

● Contribute to Asia BU steering with PFS, ALM, FNA teams

● Permanent business intelligence: benchmarks, relevant articles in press, peer results, analysts’ views

● Accompany business evolu1ons: reorganisation, NPCs Market Activity Performance Analyst:

Main duties and responsibilities Focus on the profitability analysis production within MPA:

• Produce bi‐weekly & monthly analysis for MARK and MARK SBL’s at APAC and entity levels • Produce reporting to review and maintain the structure of MARK activities, including oversight of GOP closures

• Analyse and certify the NBI, SC, Costs/HC Budget for MARK APAC

• Produce a suite of dashboards to analyse team and client performance, profitability

• Provide analysis to assist the evolution and any restructures of the MARK business Others:

• Become a trusted partner for MARK on all Financial topics

• Constantly challenge and contribute to initiatives to simplify and change inefficient processes

• Ensure all procedures are documented

• Contribute to projects Geographical coverage : Asia-Pacific

Profile required

Key Skill Areas & knowledge Required

 • Strong communication skills and team spirit

• Strong coordination and analytical capabilities

• Proficiency in applications used for database management, analysis and the presentation and communication of reports

• The ability to generate creative solutions and improvements Additional: • Top-level school, major in Finance or Engineering

• 3/5 years experience in functions related to Global Market activities, ideally Finance functios

• Good understanding of global markets activities and, in particular, trading strategies and products

• Coding expertise (VBA, Python) would be a plus

• Fluent English (compulsory)

Department Description

SG CIB’s DFIN department offers different products (e.g. FX Spot, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income and Structured Products) to our clients for electronic execution and through various channels. We work with recognized vendors on the street for their multi-bank systems and we also promote and support our Single dealer platform – SG Markets. In the current context of digitalization, SG Markets offers a global offer of electronic pre-trades, executions and post-trades services.

The goal of the Market Performance Analyst services team is to work closely with the E-sales and the voice sales in order to help them develop our electronic client footprint while at the same time supporting our clients in their day to day activities. The team is responsible for onboarding clients in Asia Pacific region on our electronic offer and making sure that the client experience is smooth and efficient. As first point of contact for clients, the e-client services team is also responsible for troubleshooting and coordinating topics and issues within our organization.

The successful candidate will work with a team of 6 developers and 3 operationals.
