Responsibilities

Description of the Business Line or Department

Working closely with internal experts and Communications departments, Marketing team drives brand awareness and visibility, develops engaging content strategy and delivers compelling client communications through a mix of online and offline channels.

The Marketing departments of Kleinwort Hambros have three broad objectives:

  • Drive top of mind awareness of Kleinwort Hambros as a leading responsible bank
  • Enhance external and internal stakeholder engagement
  • Create relevant content and communications to build trust and deepen relationships

  • Promoting our expertise to clients and prospects
  • Producing clear client communications in line with Kleinwort Hambros’ tone of voice
  • Ensuring consistent brand experience along client journey

Summary of responsibilities

  • Promote our expertise to clients and prospects:
    • Develop brochures, pitchbooks and presentation to promote our solutions and drive engagement with clients
    • Deliver segment specific collateral, content and communications
    • Define client campaigns to promote our brand and expertise
  • Ensure consistent brand experience throughout client journey:
    • Liaising with internal SMEs and designers to maintain and update library of client facing documents
    • Support the annual client satisfaction survey process and distribution of output
  • Create engaging content to promote our brand and expertise
    • Help define content strategy, including thought leadership, podcasts and webinars
    • Design digital assets and promote across all channels
    • Manage end to end process for podcast creation
    • Liaise with external agencies to create videos, animations and digital brochures
  • Producing clear client communications in line with Kleinwort Hambros’ tone of voice
  • Review and draft client communications to ensure message and tone of voice are clear and consistent
  • Review and mapping out of the client communication process
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth client communication process and optimal use of delivery channels (signatories, commercial department, legal and compliance)
  • Build and improve synergies with Communications department
