Responsibilities

Ensure Stable Production Environment

Ensure delivery of projects, have their goals set such a way that they are controlled & monitored on time

- Document every setup and new project, ensure mapping of services to eliminate risks associated within core infra services

- Contribute to the knowledge base, lesson learnt and share them with stream members

- Follow workflow protocols

- Manage communication with the business users

Profile Required

Skills and Experience needed:

Expert knowledge on F5 LTM/ASM technologies

Must Have : F5 ASM Intermediate Knowledge

Creation of Virtual servers

Knowledge on load balancing methods

INstallation & Renewal of Certificates

Analyzing of event logs

Creation of Security Policies

Load Balancing and Pools -

Device Service Clusters and High Availability -  

Must Have: Expert knowledge on F5 LTM/ASM technologies

MUST HAVE:

Skills Level: L2+/L3 Production Support, High Level & Low Level Designing Capabilities, Implementation Experience

Certifications: Relevant industry standard functional certifications in respective areas

6 years or more experience 


Other requirements:

  • Performance management of data infrastructure networks operations

  • Experience with network architecture, engineering & migration activities

  • Understanding of high availability fundamentals

  • Proper understanding of ITIL standards like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Capacity Management

  • Identifies, designs, implements and maintains effective policies, procedures, tools, techniques and plans relating to network service level management activities

  • Should have proven skills in preparing and delivering HLDs and LLDs on existing and Greenfield projects

  • Reviews and helps identify and implement improvements to the provision of network service operations

Good to have but NOT mandatory:

  • ITIL /Service Management Certification

  • Knowledge /experience on Firewall, Network Security, WAN
