Responsibilities
- As Network Security Stream Leader:
- Consolidating a transversal view over the ambitions, roadmaps, budget, KPIs, and delivery of all the projects in the stream.
- Prioritizing projects between each other and ensuring that Network Security strategy is aligned with group strategy.
- Contributing to the preparation of the different budget forecasts.
- Preparing and presenting the stream’s budget engagement needs.
- Contributing to the preparation of the SNOW Steering Committees every two months.
- As Internet Exposed Assets and Remote Access 2.0 Project Manager:
- Formalizing and driving the projects’ ambitions, roadmap, budget, and KPIs.
- Identifying risks linked to the projects, establishing action plans, and suggesting solutions.
- Organizing bi-monthly operational committees with involved parts.
- Ensuring the delivery according to the roadmap.
- Contributing to the preparation of the SNOW Steering Committees.
Profile required
The expected deliverables are:
- Project Management: action plans, roadmaps, risks, and project indicators.
- Operational committees’ lead.
- Slideshows and minutes of meetings necessary to the project management (Steering Committees, Budget engagement meetings, Operational Committees, etc.).
