    The New Product Committee (NPC) is the point of entry to support new activity and the launch of new studies.


    Review of NPC memo written by Front Office
    Challenge the request and clarify the scope, if necessary

    To advise on feasibility & high level impacts for the different departments
    Anticipate main impacts or blocking points to assist FO to prioritize and to take relevant actions

    The team will also be coordinating department studies:

    Coordinate the NPC prioritization with FO
    Ensure the proper resources prioritization is followed based on FO’s priorities and NPC team capacity
    Monitor the progress and the delivery of each department’s studies before the formal validation at NPC meeting
    Challenge the new product workflow to ensure its sustainability
    Support NPC co-chairmen by raising identified risks and their mitigation plan

    NPC team will also be in charge of the meeting committee organization

    Prepare the weekly regional NPC agenda as well as the operational weekly meeting
    Organize kick-off meeting and pre-validation meeting for each NPC
    Monitor and maintain new product records in the SG repository system (“IMPACT”)
    Maintain NPC topics list

    NPC team will follow key indicator, follow up of conditions and reporting to NPC committee

    Ensure the compliance to NPC Group policy
    Assist on regulatory reporting related to new products

    Once validated, NPC team will ensure that conditions raised during the validation meeting are followed and closed on due time
    Ensure essential documents are available in IMPACT for audit and inspection
    Monitor and report NPC breach / incidents

    Implementation of Paris guidelines implementation in Asia if relevant and Implementation of Regulator recommendations in Asia.
