Operational Resilience & Cyber Resilience Project Manager
Responsibilities
The Cyber Resilience project manager 's mission is to steer/coordinate/monitor projects to improve the Operational resilience of ASIA's most critical activities as well as to transform the associated management systems. Cyber Resilience program manager is responsible for the proper execution of the project’s deliverables validated by the sponsors/business managers and for the quality of the deliverables produced in line with both the Group and the local regulatory requirements.
Operational resilience program is a Group strategic programs and aims to build SG and ASIA capacity to deliver its critical operations through disruption.
The program is defining the ability to
- Absorb and adapt to shocks, stresses, and changes in its operating environment;
- Ensure business continuity and the protection of critical functions during disruptions; and
- Proactive plan and reactive response to a wide range of severe but plausible scenarios.
Within Operational resilience, Cyber program aims to address two key scenarios i.e., IT down and DATA Down and to deliver and test our ability to operate after a cyber-attack (IT DOWN) and/or on setting the necessary steps to prevent the cyber-attack (Data Down).
Scope
- Entity: All ASIA entities (Business lines and corporate divisions)
- Business unit: ASIA BUs and SUs critical operations
Mission
- Manage the Operational Resilience program (initial focus on Cyber Resilience – 3 phases)
- Keep the projects/studies on track (scope, deliverables, capex, budget, schedule)
- Define the Asia Operational Resilience target operating model and implement the run for GBSU
- Comply with project management governance guidelines
- Prepare and coordinating project review meetings (operational committees, steering committees, etc.)
- Carry the vision of the projects in the various GBSU/GBIS bodies and communicate it to the main stakeholders
- Mobilize and coordinate large teams from multiple areas of expertise (business, IT), various BUs and SUs (RESG, GBSU, MARK, GLBA, SGSS, GTPS) and different regions
- Organize the definition of reconstruction plans of IS with the associated scheduling
- Organize and deliver in conjunction with the Paris, the various operational resilience tests
- Identifying warnings and ensuring they are reported to the correct hierarchical level
Profile required
- Post-Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) with at least 10 years' experience in the management of major projects.
- Your knowledge of the operational risk processes are an asset to succeed in the missions entrusted.
- Position with a high level of exposure.
- Your level of English is fluent.

The role of the Cyber Resilience Project Manager is to coordinate/pilot projects, actions, studies and solutions for Cyber Resilience implementation within Asia BUs and its entities.
