OTC Derivatives Lawyer (Associate / VP)

Responsibilities

As a member of the OTC Legal team, he/she will cover the following areas:

  • Drafting and reviewing, primarily (i) OTC equity derivatives and prime brokerage transactions and (ii) finance hedging transaction and
  • Identifying and analysing legal and regulatory issues relating to the structures of such transactions and advising the Front Office accordingly


Profile required

  • Approx 2-5 years’ PQE.  Private practice experience or previous experience in another financial institution preferred
  • Derivatives (fixed income or equity) experience preferred, banking or securitization experience would also be considered
  • Commonwealth or Asian (Singaporean or Hong Kong) qualification preferred
  • Asian language skills an advantage
