  • Assist the General Counsel, Asia Pacific
  • Provide / Legal Exco members in their administrative tasks, including the processing of invoices
  • Manage General Counsel’s calendar.
  • Organize and prepare meetings for the legal team
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the General Counsel.
  • Prioritise emails and respond when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the General Counsel and legal team.
  • Maintain and update the put away list and archive list.
  • Organization of seminars / overseas meetings.

Profile required

  • Good communication skills and good command of spoken and written English. Cantonese and Mandarin also an advantage.
  • Time-management skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Motivated and able to work independently, while respecting reporting procedures.
  • Understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
  • Previous experience working in law firms is preferred
