Payments Back Office Agent
Responsibilities
The Back Office is responsible for the settlement and monitoring of Cash Management products, including credit payments (with FX components), direct debits, treasury settlements, card operations, and cash pooling. Our mission is to support the business by delivering high-quality services across these areas.
The team focuses on account reconciliations and claims management across multiple currencies and locations, working in close cooperation with the Middle Office and other SG Departments.
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Processing of claims and investigations for related product and processes (mainly credit transfers and direct debits)
Monitoring and reconciliation of nostri and internal accounts including justification and regularization action
Processing of charges and corrections
Cooperating with other Departments of Societe Generale
Preparing reports and statistics as part of local regulatory obligations and internal rules
Profile required
You will be best suited for this role if:
You have experience in an operational role within a bank; experience with payment Back Office processes and systems (SEPA, SWITF, Target, etc.) will be an advantage
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
You are fluent in Polish and English; knowledge of French will be an asset.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills that support effective cooperation with diverse teams
You have good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
