Responsibilities
- To process corporate account reconciliation, data consolidation and report preparation;
- To handle audit confirmation letter scanning and mailing;
- To handle all kinds of mailing to clients;
- To do business and client package scanning, filing and retrieving;
- To prepare daily internal routine report material;
- To prepare CDD/EDD preliminary screening;
- To prepare meeting materials and support other ad hoc assignment by Sales and Product;
- To deliver and pick up documents to/from important client;
- To support other assignment in BAU and Projects.
Profile required
- Can work at least 6 months and at least 3.5 days per week
- Can work in details and has good data processing skills
- Good commend of spoken and written English and Mandarin, written French preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Financial and reporting analysis preferred.
