Description of the Business Line or Department
The Global and Integrated Finance Division (‘DFIN’) department’s aim is to add value to the Group and its business lines' development, through a transformation of our organisation and operating modes. DFIN provides a key contribution to the Group value creation, through our activities of strategic advisory, steering, data production and certification. We are engaged in all dimensions of performance evaluation across the Group and provide a transversal and objective vision to support informed decision-making for the management and development of the Group and its business lines.

Summary of the key purposes of the role
DFIN PFS (Performance Financial Steering) is the division in charge of steering the financial performance of GBIS.
It measures and analyses the profitability of activities portfolio and the optimization of the use of all resources. It ensures the necessary support and the right level of expertise to the business partners, the management of GBIS. Taking a cross-business view of the financial steering processes, PFS streamlines and provides momentum in terms of simplification and standardization.
DFIN PFS in the UK also covers performance steering of Global Market, Global Banking and Advisory performance, as well as Global transaction and payment services and other business lines and support functions in the UK. This role will focus on the Business Lines of the UK
In this role, and to start with, the BU dedicated Performance Steering Apprentice is primarily responsible for supporting the team in charge of the business units at the UK level.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Bsc/Ba. Msc/ Ma, MBA would be a plus.
